Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have been purchased directly within 7 days after it has been delivered. The item must NOT HAVE NOT BEEN USED or ALTERED and ALL tags must be attached and any additional paperwork and packaging must be returned as well. Special orders and custom requests cannot be returned but can be consigned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase IF ITEM IS RETURNED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of item/s. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a web/store credit.
ACCESSORIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and a web/store credit only will be issued upon return of the following: bags, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Scarves, Belts, Hats, & Fragrance.
Sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE: no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions.
We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, Fed Ex, or Certified USPS for your return. All shipments may be subject to duties and taxes these are imposed by your country and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these charges. In the event of a return we are not responsible for duties and taxes which were paid at the time if importation.

1. Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.
2. Please be sure to state clearly for declaration forms and shipping labels in BOLD print or writing that the item is a return and to include the original tracking number the package was received with for verification. Failure to comply will result in the item having to clear customs as a purchase and these actions will delay the return process.
3. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
4. Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned.
5. Once returns are received the appropriate refund or credit and send you a copy of the receipt
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/23-12/24. All orders place within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED OR ALTERED, and with ALL tags attached. All sale items purchased during the holiday time period (11/23-12/24) are NOT eligible for refund.
Superb-Selections offers daily shipping. Items usually have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. We do not process internet orders on the weekend. Orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. All shipping rates are subject to change. Any special delivery needs must be requested by the purchaser or they will become subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company. International shipping is done using Fedex or Express mail with insurance and signature. Typical transit time is between 5-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays. In-transit tracking is provided for your package. Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price of your item and are billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. Any special delivery needs must be requested by the purchaser or they will become subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company.
